Atelier Di Carne and Hakkasan makes its debut at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum

Bringing in an innovative new steakhouse concept, with celebrated Italian butcher Dario Cecchini at the helm, Atelier Di Carne is an exclusive collaboration with Sam Nazarian’s US-based Disruptive Restaurant Group, globally known for hospitality brands such as Katsuya, Doheny Room and Cleo.

Chef Cecchini has built a reputation for being a pioneer in the culinary world and won a legion of fans during his memorable appearance on Netflix’s Chef’s Table series. The Atelier di Carne menus have been artfully curated and reflect his continued passion for the art of butchery, waste elimination and sustainability. Each dish features ethically sourced meats and the finest seasonable vegetables and can be paired with a choice of eclectic cocktails and wines.

Hospitality designer, Stephane Dupoux, was tasked with leading the creation of the restaurant’s interiors and has incorporated a myriad of distinctive textures such as Shou Sugi Ban and cedar wood, mohagony and Carrara marble into the intimate setting. Meanwhile, an award-winning Chinese restaurant Hakkasan has opened its doors within the resort, serving the restaurant’s globally renowned delicacies in an open-air setting, with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Hakkasan was originally launched in Soho, London in 2001, masterfully blending authentic Cantonese recipes with contemporary influences, and the restaurant rapidly established itself as a leading destination for modern Cantonese cuisine.
